How do I know which one to get?

Arthritis is an extremely common issue that affects the knees, some might even say inevitable. We have developed supports for every level of arthritis. As a rule of thumb, compression is the best way to manage mild to moderate arthritis, while stability and unloading work better for moderate to severe. If you're not sure where you fit in there, just give us a call or email.

Will these weaken my muscles?

While cheaper and less effective braces can cause an issue known as reliance (where the muscles become weaker and rely on the brace), Bauerfeind have perfected the blend of stability and movement.
