You will need to measure the circumference of your leg 14 cm above the centre of your knee with your knee bent at 30 degrees.
Then measure the circumference of your leg 12 cm below centre of the knee with your knee bent at 30 degrees.

Support is very good, keeps my knee stable during sport. Very happy with it. Only suggestion is how you can make it easier to remove, particularly when it gets swetty it sticks to leg.
Must say, as well, though, the purchase experience was excellent. Easy, issues addressed really well by the call centre assistanst, and delivered as promised with regular updates on delivery status. Excellent work.
