Golf Knee Braces

Golfing is a great sport for people of any age, with low demand on your body meaning it's a good alternative to more physical activities. While it's nice and accessible, people with arthritis or meniscus issues can still have troubles. The movement of swinging a golf club puts rotational strain on the knees, aggravating those who have deterioration in the joint.

Wearing a golf knee brace is one of the better ways to take care of this, as it can help to alleviate the pain and discomfort of knee issues while also protecting the joint from further strain. Bauerfeind have a range of anatomically designed golf knee braces that have been clinically proven to relieve the symptoms of arthritis on a short and long-term basis.

Can I wear these all day or just when I play?

Most of our Performance line is designed for wear during active movement rather than all day, while our main range (products ending in "Train" or "Loc") are better suited for injury management and all day wear, whether it's sports, exercise, work or just chores around the house.

If you're unsure if the support you're looking at is ideal for all day wear, just give us a call on 1300 668 466.

Will these change how I play?

While any kind of brace or support will have an affect on your physical movement, it's in a positive sense. More stability in the joints and muscles, increased power with each movement and better balance mean that you'll move more effectively. It may take a little bit of adjustment with some supports that have rigid components, but long-term there should only be an improvement in your form.

What makes these products better than others?

Simply put, Bauerfeind have set the global standard for medical braces, compression and insoles. Using the highest quality materials to construct decades-refined products that have been clinically proven to address a vast range of issues. How do I take care of these products?

Virtually all of our products can be machine washed on a cold gentle cycle and air dried out of direct sunlight. Putting them on and taking them off carefully is recommended, and for specific product care, refer to the product manual or contact our friendly staff.

Is there warranty for these products?

The perfect anatomic fit system we use means that the supports are designed to fit your body, not the other way around. (We also offer custom options for a range of our products for those rare few who still can't fit into our sizing range).

How do these help me while I'm playing golf?

While golf isn't seen as an overly physical sport, it brings plenty of it's own risks and strains. From fatigue and strain on the wrists, shoulders, elbows and knees to general back problems, getting support and stability to alleviate the pain can make a hige difference. Bauerfeind's range of supports are perfect here, clinically shown to address and alleviate a whole medley of issues.

Do I have to have an injury to wear these?

The beauty of these supports is their versatility. While there are a wide range of products to manage injury (the "Train" and "Loc" range), the performance line is perfect for helping you to get more out of each movement, not only enhancing your exercise for better results, but helping protect you from injury.
