Wrist Tendinitis Braces – Tendon Relief

Tendinitis Wrist Braces for Pain, Swelling & Overuse Injuries

Whether you’re managing repetitive strain, tendon irritation or everyday wrist stability, our wrist supports deliver reliable, clinically backed results.

Wrist tendinitis is one of the most common overuse injuries – whether it comes from typing, lifting, racquet sports, DIY work, or day-to-day strain. When the wrist tendons become irritated or overloaded, the result is often sharp pain, stiffness, swelling, and difficulty gripping or lifting. And because we rely on our hands for almost everything, wrist tendinitis can quickly affect work, fitness, and daily function.

A tendinitis wrist brace helps unload the irritated tendons, stabilise the joint, and control inflammation so you can recover faster and move with confidence.

Support Designed for Tendon Relief

Our wrist tendinitis braces combine medical-grade compression, anatomically shaped stays, and targeted pressure zones to:

• Reduce strain on the wrist tendons
• Control swelling and irritation
• Improve stability during daily tasks
• Relieve pain while maintaining functional movement

For milder tendon irritation or activity-based flare-ups, our adjustable wrist straps provide focused pressure and support without restricting hand mobility.

All-Day Comfort You’ll Actually Wear

Each brace uses soft, breathable knit that conforms to your wrist while maintaining circulation. Reduced-pressure edges and smooth internal padding make them suitable for long hours at work, training, or everyday use.

Find Your Ideal Fit

We base our sizing on measurements from over 500,000 people worldwide, ensuring a precise and comfortable fit for a wide range of wrists. Our adjustable straps allow you to fine-tune compression and support – especially helpful when swelling changes throughout the day.

Find answers to the most common questions.

What causes wrist tendonitis?

Tendonitis is most commonly caused by sustained strain of the tendon without adequate rest. In the wrist, this is most often due to sports or physical labour where your wrist has been under strain, even a little bit, for an extended period of time, but can also happen at your desk or even during a hobby, if your position and use of tools isn't correct.

Will these weaken my muscles?

While cheaper and less effective braces can cause an issue known as reliance (where the muscles become weaker and rely on the brace), Bauerfeind have perfected the blend of stability and movement. By restricting or immobilising specific parts of the ankle that need it, and freeing up the rest, you can continue to exercise, building and maintaining strength in the joint.

What makes these products better than others?

Simply put, Bauerfeind have set the global standard for medical braces, compression and insoles. Using the highest quality materials to construct decades-refined products that have been clinically proven to address a vast range of issues. There's no substitute for quality, and Bauerfeind have that from the simplest strap to the largest brace.
