Hamstring Braces – Thigh Support Recovery

Hamstring Braces for Pulled & Torn Hamstrings

Whether you’re managing a hamstring strain, reducing thigh tightness or supporting return to activity, these supports deliver reliable, clinically backed results.

A pulled or torn hamstring can derail your training, slow down everyday movement, and make returning to sport feel risky. Hamstring injuries often cause pain, swelling, reduced stride length, and difficulty extending the knee – particularly in sprinting, bending, or sudden directional change.

The right hamstring brace or thigh support can help stabilise the muscle, reduce discomfort, and support a safer, faster recovery.

How a Hamstring Brace Helps

Our hamstring supports are engineered to:

• Provide targeted compression to manage swelling
• Stabilise the hamstring muscle belly during movement
• Improve circulation and muscle activation
• Reduce strain during walking, running, and training
• Support return-to-sport while helping prevent re-injury

Support for Every Stage of Hamstring Recovery

For moderate to severe tears:
A structured thigh brace like the MyoTrain offers adjustable straps and gel padding to secure the injured area, provide active stabilisation, and relieve tension on the healing muscle.

For mild strains or return-to-sport:
The Sports Thigh Support uses medical-grade compression to warm the muscle, improve function, and minimise the risk of another pull as you rebuild strength and confidence.

Designed for Comfort & Performance

Our hamstring braces are shaped to the thigh’s natural anatomy and offered in a wide sizing range. Soft, breathable knit and reduced-pressure edges ensure all-day comfort – ideal for training, work, and daily movement.
