Golf Elbow Braces – Tendon Pain Relief

Golfer’s Elbow Braces for Medial Epicondylitis Relief

Whether you’re managing tendon pain, reducing strain or supporting joint stability, our elbow supports deliver reliable, clinically backed results.

Golfer's elbow, or medial epicondylitis, happens when the flexor tendons inside the elbow get irritated from overuse. Whether it comes from golf, gym training, racquet sports or repetitive work, the pain can make gripping, swinging and lifting feel increasingly difficult.

Support for Medial Elbow Pain

Our golfer’s elbow braces are engineered to:

• Reduce load on the irritated medial tendon
• Boost circulation to support tissue healing
• Activate surrounding muscles for improved elbow stability
• Relieve pain during gripping, lifting and rotational movements
• Support you as you return to golf or other sports safely

The combination of compression knit, targeted gel pads and adjustable strap pressure provides both comfort and functional protection.

Comfortable, Adjustable and Made for Movement

Each brace uses a soft, breathable knit designed for long wear – on the course, in the gym or during daily tasks. Flexible zones allow free movement, while anatomically placed pads provide precise pressure where the tendon needs it most. Adjustable forearm straps let you fine-tune support depending on activity level and sensitivity.

A Precise Fit for Every Arm

Built using measurements from over half a million people, our sizing system ensures a secure, anatomical fit that stays in place without slipping. This accuracy allows the brace to stabilise the tendon effectively while maintaining natural motion.

Find answers to the most common questions.

Can I wear these all day or just when I play?

Most of our Performance line is designed for wear during active movement rather than all day, while our main range (products ending in "Train" or "Loc") are better suited for injury management and all day wear, whether it's sports, exercise, work or just chores around the house.

If you're unsure if the support you're looking at is ideal for all day wear, just give us a call on 1300 668 466.

Can I still move properly in these?

These supports are designed to allow for regular range of movement while stabilising the joint and preventing injury. This means you can confidently move in pivots, sudden changes of direction, jumps and landing as well as quick steps and positioning.

Will these overheat?

Bauerfeind's range of supports are made from an ultra-breathable cotton/elastic weave that's perfect for active use of any level. Clinically shown to vent heat more effectively than any other support, it's perfect for air-flow, temperature regulation and comfort.

How do I take care of these products?

Virtually all of our products can be machine washed on a cold gentle cycle and air dried out of direct sunlight. Putting them on and taking them off carefully is recommended, and for specific product care, refer to the product manual or contact our friendly staff.

Is there warranty for these products?

Every Bauerfeind product is crafted with precision and care and is covered by a manufacturing warranty in accordance with Consumer Law. Warranty periods may vary subject to product range. At any point if you've got issues with the product or aren't sure if something is wrong, just contact our helpful staff.

How do I know they'll fit?

Bauerfeind have an incredibly extensive sizing system for our products based off of hundreds of thousands of patient measurements. The perfect anatomic fit system we use means that the supports are designed to fit your body, not the other way around. (We also offer custom options for a range of our products for those rare few who still can't fit into our sizing range).

Will these change how I play?

While any kind of brace or support will have an affect on your physical movement, it's in a positive sense. More stability in the joints and muscles, increased power with each movement and better balance mean that you'll move more effectively. It may take a little bit of adjustment with some supports that have rigid components, but long-term there should only be an improvement in your form.

How do these help me while I'm playing golf?

While golf isn't seen as an overly physical sport, it brings plenty of it's own risks and strains. From fatigue and strain on the wrists, shoulders, elbows and knees to general back problems, getting support and stability to alleviate the pain can make a hige difference. Bauerfeind's range of supports are perfect here, clinically shown to address and alleviate a whole medley of issues.

Do I have to have an injury to wear these?

The beauty of these supports is their versatility. While there are a wide range of products to manage injury (the "Train" and "Loc" range), the performance line is perfect for helping you to get more out of each movement, not only enhancing your exercise for better results, but helping protect you from injury.
