Comfortable to Wear and Eases Pain

I decided to buy this after suffering long term pain from a bulging disc, a fissure, and spondylolisthesis of my L4/L5. This had impacted my ability to play sport, exercise, and worst of all - sleep. I have found that the Sports back support is comfortable enough that I can wear it both while playing sport and exercising, and sleeping. It keeps my back in the proper positioning that relieves pressure from the curve of my spine which. I like that it is breathable and that the padding is made of gel and you can move it 's positioning. I've had no issues with hot spot rubbing, bruising or chafing. Fit is true to measurement.

Sport Back Support

I am 68 and I have a history of slip disk lower back. I play table tennis. Before I use the Bauerfeind support, my back hurts after playing for one session. I tried a few difference brands and found the Bauerfeind Back Support works best for me. I now play 3 times per week without problems. The main reason I recommend Bauerfeind is their professionalism and the exact size their product provides to manage a perfect fit.

Amazing support!

Amazing! I have a bugling disc that’s leaning on my sciatic nerve and nothing really relieves the pain! My friend suggested I try this back brace and it’s been like magic! Very pricey but worth it when you’re in so much pain!

I struggle sitting for a prolonged time and this really supports my back & targets the pain! Really high quality and keeps you very warm too as a little added bonus!

How is this different to the LumboTrain?

The Sports Back Support is a simplified version of the LumboTrain. Using a netting weave instead of a solid fabric, a smaller simplified pad and more breathable lightweight design for sports, it's great for the gym, exercise and sports.

Will this prevent me from twisting my body?

The Sports Back Support will help to stabilise your muscles and relieve pain, encouragning your body to avoid twisting. However for full rotation prevention, it's best to go with a more rigid support like the LumboLoc Forte.

Will this trap sweat inside?

The breathable netting weave and comfortable fit means sweat will draw off your skin and evaporate as if the brace wasn't even there.

Is this good for lower back pain?

The Sports Back Support is suitable for mild lower back pain when you're exercising. However for anything that's more consistent or painful, it's recommended to go for something like the LumboTrain or LumboLoc Forte.
