The Sports Ankle Support Dynamic features a moisture-wicking compressive knit that improves heat and sweat dissipation during exercise. The gradient compression supports muscle activity and improves blood flow to the ankle joint, helping reduce soreness and inflammation.

Due to its slim design, the ankle support fits comfortably into sports shoes. It is ideal for jogging, cycling, and other low-impact exercises.

While this support is suitable for mild injury recovery, we’d recommend the MalleoTrain or MalleoLoc line for mild to moderate injuries and instability.

More than pleasantly surprised

I am most impressed by the quality and functionality of this ankle support. I initially questioned why would I pay 3x the price I normally pay for a support. Well what can I say - after the first run I understood why. My goodness this support made me realise why the other brand supports I bought was a waste of time and money. After 20+ runs (ranging from 5k to 30k) I am even more a fan of this product. I was going to say it is 'good stuff' however that is doing it a dis-service it is 'excellent stuff'.

Replacing my ankle strapping tape

I’ve had unstable ankles for over 10 years, and have come to rely on ankle strapping tape to prevent injuries that cut into my sporting seasons. These braces give me enough proprioceptive input to confidently step onto the court/field, and reduce the swelling after the games.

Great fit. Well made. Fairly thin and feels very comfortable under socks when running. Did not feel hot or uncomfortable over a 10k run.

How is this different to the Sports Ankle Support?

The Sports Ankle Dynamic has no stabilising strap, designed purely to be a compressive sleeve for the ankle to manage swelling and provide muscular stability.

Is this suitable if I have very unstable ankles?

If you have unstable ankles it's highly recommended that you use an ankle support with straps or rigid support for stability, something like the MalleoTrain S or the MalleoLoc.

Do I wear this under or over my socks?

The Sports Ankle Dynamic Support should be worn straight on your skin with the sock over the top to get the proper benefit of medical grade compression.
