The GenuTrain S is the perfect knee brace for knee instability and pain. It will support and stabilise the knee after meniscus, ACL, MCL and PCL injuries. Its system of compression knit, patellar padding, and anatomic hinged stays relieve pain and prevent hyperextension to limit damaging movements and facilitate healing. Meanwhile, it's lightweight but sturdy design will keep you stable in even the most active movements.

The GenuTrain S uses a breathable compression weave to promote blood flow and speed up healing. At the same time, the anatomic hinges and adjustable straps allow for completely controlled stability in any activity. You can also loosen or tighten the straps to accommodate for swelling or muscular changes during your recovery.

Support for Knee awaiting surgery

It gives me support while I wait for surgery. Doesn't relieve any pain but that's because knee is Bone on bone. Better than other braces I have tried.

I am using it for tennis to counteract missing ACL. Works well & gives me greater confidence in running to the ball. Removing brace is a challenge with fat calves however, whilst trying to avoid stretching/damaging the fabric. Rotating the brace 180° does help during the insertion/removal process as explained to me by a helpful & knowledgeable staff member.
