Knee support after surgery

Great Knee Brace that is perfect for competitive sport

Was wanting to come back to playing competitive sport after a significant PCL and meniscus injury, and began looking for a suitable knee brace. Once I found the Bauerfeind GenuiTrain S Pro, I was intrigued by the level of support it offered. I was also excited at the prospect of coming back to playing before too much of the season had elapsed. The brace arrived in a matter of days and the fit was perfect, and offered exactly the support I was looking for. My first training session confirmed just how good this brace was. Why do I need to restrict my flexion?

When recovering from ligament issues, whether it's surgery or physiotherapy, limiting the flexion (how far the knee can bend back) allows the ligament to recover properly, taking strain and stress off the injury. The extension blocker is also helpful for more serious cases of hyperextension.

What is the difference between this and the GenuTrain S Hinged Knee Brace?
