Measure the circumference of your leg 17 cm above the centre of your knee with your knee bent at 30 degrees.

Step 2

Measure the circumference of your leg 15 cm below the centre of your knee with your knee bent at 30 degrees.

SofTec Genu Knee Brace

Having MS has affected the stability in both my knees especially my right leg. It is often painful and difficult to walk. I have not been able to do Pilates or any of the exercises I love for a while. I recently purchased the SofTech Genu and it is amazing. I can walk with stability in my knee and have been able to wear it at a Pilates class. It has changed how I can live my life . Highly recommend.

Back Playing

Great Brace, now I am able to get back out on the golf course and play solid golf again. I can load up my right side again with the knee collapsing. It is a great assistance while also going through rehab for the LCL and PCL tear/strain.

Would recommend this brace to anyone.

Good Support

It is very comfortable and supports well. It is also useful for oedema control. I haven't given it 5 stars yet as I hope to use it for skiing and surfing when my rehabilitation complete.
