This thing is great. I wasn't sure what to expect, but I instantly noticed a difference when running, and I wear it every time I run now. My only advice would be not to wear it inside a hiking boot on a multi-day hike, as I did. In that situation, the rubber frame pressed a little too hard against my tendon and caused some bruising. But I'm sure it wasn't intended for that kind of use, so that's on me.

I am so happy with it that I am thinking getting another one! The pain in my Achilles tendon has decreased after 3 days wearing the ankle support. I spent a lot of time on my feet and it is helping me enormously!

I sustained an Achilles tendon pull/strain while traveling through Australia. It was painful and very difficult to walk, especially stairs, hills, and curbs. From the moment I put on the Ankle Support the pain was much less. I wore it every day (off at night) and within two weeks I am pain free. I now wear it if I am planning an active day. I am amazed at how well it worked, and I am very happy that I bought it when I did.
