Bauerfeind’s Compression Knee Support boosts performance in sports and activities. It activates the muscles in your knees for unparalleled output and helps you perform at your best.
The Compression Knee Sleeve features medical-grade compression technology and is everything neoprene is not – lightweight, breathable, and anatomically contoured for a perfect fit. The compression increases the oxygen supply to the muscles, helping improve endurance and decrease muscle fatigue during exercise. The controlled compression improves the knee’s ability to maintain maximum movement stability during sports, helping to prevent injury and support the knee during recovery.
The support’s ultra-breathable, moisture-wicking weave vents heat and moves with your knee through every movement. Its gripping zones help keep it in place, making it perfect for any activity level.
Ideal for support in sports involving rapid start and stop motions, including basketball, netball, volleyball, squash, etc. The support is also suitable for treating milder injuries like jumper’s/runner’s knee. However, for moderate injuries, the GenuTrain line may be more suitable.
If other compression sleeves stretched out, dug in behind your knee, slipped or offered little more than warmth, this one provides true performance-grade compression and a secure fit that stays locked in even under intensity.
* Please note this item is sold as a single unit (does not come as a pair).
- Breathable knit wicks moisture away to keep the skin comfortably cool
- Functional Zones provide targeted compression for maximum performance
- Comfort Zones on the kneecap and sensitive area at the back of the knee
- Gripping Zones for athletes on the move with two silicone dotted bands to keep the support in place even during fast breaks
- Durable and machine washable – Built to last

The Sports Compression Knee Support should feel snug and firm but not constrictive.

- Julie K.Verified BuyerRated 5 out of 5 stars2 months agoGreat light weight compression support
After trying a copper compression sleeve that was way too bulky, this one has been a great find. It's genuinely supportive without feeling heavy or restrictive, and it's thin enough that I can wear it under yoga tights during class or under work clothes through the day without it showing or feeling awkward. Despite the compression, I don't overheat in it — the breathable knit actually does what it claims. It's become part of my regular rotation for training and everyday wear. Highly recommend if you've tried other sleeves that were too thick or too hot.

I bought this sleeve and the Genutrain. I use the Genutrain whilst training and this compession sleeve if I have some swelling or just for extra support during the day. Fits my leg so well and that makes it comfortable. 5 stars+ Bauerfeind
BABauerfeind Australia10 months agoHi Kerrie, thanks so much for your review! It’s great to hear that you’re finding both the Genutrain and the Sports Compression Knee Sleeve helpful. Using a stabilising brace during activity and a compression sleeve when you have swelling or need gentle support is a really effective way to manage comfort and support throughout the day. We’re glad they fit so well and are working for you!
- Damian E.Verified BuyerRated 5 out of 5 stars1 year agoPerfect Support
Been suffering from a knee injury for a little while. Tried a lot of different compression/knee braces that I could allay wear while running that start up and have good support. Everything I tried either slipped or not enough compression. These were perfect. They don’t move and my knee feels good the whole run and beyond. The size I bought, I went off the measurements on the site and bought what it said. For perfect. Highly recommend.

The Sport Compression sleeve is measured to fit you so it firm but comfortable. It's easy to wear all day without making you feel hot or itchy. It helped me after a torn meniscus by stabilising my knee, especially when walking. It is worth getting the 'real thing' rather than a quick chemist buy.
