The GenuTrain OA provides immediate and lasting relief from arthritic pain in the knee. It unloads the medial (inside) or lateral (outside) compartment of your knee commonly affected by pain to create instant relief by minimising joint contact. Pain can result from instabilities, injuries to the cartilage and/or bone, and, above all, osteoarthritis. Lightweight and easy to take on and off, it's perfect for all day wear, support while you exercise, or just relaxing at home.
The GenuTrain OA is ideal for moderate arthritis, repeated meniscus injuries, and joint pain. With the BOA tension system, you have complete control over how much you unload the joint, down to the millimetre. As instant pain relief on the go, it's an arthritic knee's best friend.
If offloading braces you’ve tried were uncomfortable, dug in behind your knee or were awkward or unstable during movement, GenuTrain OA changes the experience completely. It provides controlled unloading with unmatched comfort and adaptability.
- Adjustable unloading: 8 strap unloading system for innovative relief
- Stabilisation hinge: anatomically adjusts to leg shape (varus/valgus) and allows for flexion and extension control
- Compression Airknit: lightweight, breathable and low profile for extra wearing comfort
- Boa® Fit-System: for easy unloading control using the dial
- Finger loops: for easy donning and doffing

I have been wearing the GenuTrain OA Knee Brace for over 12 months now . Life has improved as I can now enjoy walking ,working in a very active outdoor environment and doing majority of activities without the constant pain and fear of my knee giving way beforehand . I do find the extremely hot weather makes wearing it a bit uncomfortable but for all the positive points from wearing it I feel a few days of hot weather and discomfort are not a big deal .

I found it hard to adjust and the top of the brace is quite loose. So it feels like it might fall off. I will attempt to try again in a few weeks.

- willy v.Rated 5 out of 5 stars1 year agoUse of my GenuTrain OA knee brace in my main sport Volleyball
After my meniscus surgery, I've had several episodes of inflammation and painful loss of range of motion, especially deep flexion of my right knee. I'd like to know if this GenuTrain OA knee brace is the right one for me to use in my volleyball competitions, or if there's another one recommended for my condition.
BABauerfeind Australia1 year agoHi Willy, thanks for asking. For meniscus issues, we would generally recommend the SecuTec Genu for severe cases, the GenuTrain OA or S for moderate, and the A3 for mild. Ultimately, it depends on how long it has been since your surgery and how painful your knee still is. We currently don't have enough information to make a recommendation, so we would recommend getting in touch with our team via email or live chat.

BABauerfeind Australia2 years agoHi Glenn, thanks for leaving a review. We are glad to hear the GenuTrain OA Knee Brace helps you get around without limping. Its compression knit fabric, patella pad, and offloading system make it great for reducing arthritis pain and helping slow the condition's progression. Cheers
