The Sports Wrist Strap supports the wrist during intense exercise using individually adjustable pressure. The adjustable elastic strap lets you calibrate the desired pressure of the sports support on the wrist. It is also anatomically shaped and particularly low-profile and is made of breathable and durable material.

Activities like weightlifting or HIIT training take an hour or two, as should the strain they put on your body. The Sports Wrist Strap relieves and stabilises the wrist during intense exercise sessions and movements such as push-ups, ball throws, and burpees.

You can adjust the pressure of the wrist strap to determine the level of support you need. The powerful combination of gradient compression engineering and targeted pressure helps prevent sport-specific symptoms of excessive strain in the long term. You can also use the strap to recover from mild wrist injuries. However, for more severe injury or pain, we’d recommend the Manu line.

The ManuTrain Wrist Support may be a better fit in some cases, however, as it has compression knit and gel padding to provide swelling and pain relief.
