Bow Legs Braces – Alignment & Pain Relief

Bow Legs Braces for Alignment, Stability & Pain Relief

Whether you’re seeking alignment support, reducing joint stress or improving everyday comfort, these braces help provide reliable, clinically informed support.

Bow legs (genu varum) occur when the knees angle outward, creating a curved appearance in the legs. While mild cases may feel manageable, long-term misalignment can increase load on the inner knee, contributing to arthritis, meniscus strain, ligament issues, and daily discomfort.

A properly fitted bow legs brace helps offload pressure, improve alignment, and reduce pain – supporting you through everyday movement.

Support for Bow Legs Alignment

Our hinged offloader knee braces are designed to shift weight away from the overloaded part of the knee. This helps:

• Reduce medial joint pressure
• Improve shock absorption through the knee
• Relieve pain during standing, walking, and sport
• Slow down degenerative changes linked to misalignment

The SecuTec OA is our gold-standard option for bow leg correction in adults. Despite its robust appearance, it’s lightweight, padded, and anatomically shaped for all-day wear.

Comfortable, Adjustable Bracing

Corrective bracing only works if it’s comfortable – and ours is engineered with that in mind.
Features include:

• Adjustable straps for precise offloading
• Breathable, skin-friendly padding
• Anatomic stays that contour to your leg shape
• Secure fit that stays in place during movement

Ideal for bow legs caused by rickets, arthritis, ligament laxity, or long-term biomechanical patterns.

Find Your Perfect Fit

Our braces are sized using measurements from over 500,000 body profiles worldwide, ensuring accurate sizing for every body. The adjustable frame allows additional fine-tuning for optimal knee alignment and comfort.
