The GenuTrain P3 Knee Brace is perfect for people who want to still give their all physically without patella issues and pain holding them back. This was a fantastic item but for the price I’d have expected it to be more durable. Within 1 month of use for stability during BJJ and gym sessions 3 times per week the plastic stability bars had begun to poke through the fabric. I’ve had to use rock tape to reinforce the fabric and that needs to be replaced after each wash. That said it does provide stability and I feel it has helped my recovery from a mild MCL tear.
